Erica Beth Koffler is an IFO-certified facilitator and an award-winning Spouse/Partner event planner for YPO. Erica founded CONFIDANTE after finding her truest passion comes from moderating group events that leave participants feeling connected and uplifted. After experiencing her own life-changing events, Erica realized that the greatest gift was being able to talk openly about her experiences and learn from others without judgement. With the inception of CONFIDANTE, Erica has now positioned herself as a thought leader committed to de-stigmatizing discussing our truths in group settings.
Erica graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications. Erica went on to become an Executive Public Speaking Coach before following her heart to enroll at The French Culinary Institute to further her food writing career. As "The Gluttoness," she launched AlwaysHungryNY, co-wrote Chef Chris Santos' cookbook, SHARE, and had her own cookie business, 3 Monkeys Macaroons. Erica currently plans comprehensive retreats for worldwide YPO chapters and forums and hosts an international book club, "Words of Wisdom." Married with three children, Erica resides in Brooklyn with her husband, Daniel, who is on a quest to have them visit every country in the world.
